An Account is personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer Account ownership renders the Account subject to immediate closure.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of wizz77's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. wizz77 may also request KYC documentation at any time, including during the registration process or following a significant change in account activity.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently closed.
Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within a User's Account. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC and minimum withdrawal requirements). Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
wizz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Existing qualifying conditions already met by a User before the date of modification will be honored to the extent reasonably practicable.
wizz77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known; a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or the bet is identified as part of a coordinated pattern of arbitrage or advantage play.
All sports bets — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches). In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, the Operator's decision, made in good faith based on available official data, shall be final.
